Huaguang DF-175 laser ablation film is an Eco product with improved efficiency and simplifying plate-making process and reduction of emissions. It can replace silver film for traditional flexographic plate making. It has the characteristics of high density, good stiffness and appropriate ablative sensitivity.

Huaguang DF-175 is suitable for imaging machine CDI with laser wavelength 830nm and 1064nm.

Thickness of 7 mil (0.175 mm) polyester film base with good dimensional stability;

Top film to protect the black emulsion from scratching before ablation;

High contrast, high density, good resolution up to 175LPI.

Good reproductivity of lines, high definition;

Unpacking and Safe Light:

The film is not sensitive to visible light. Use the film with care to prevent from damage arisen by friction, folding, oil and fingerprint, etc. Especially avoid the surface of the emulsion contacting any hard objects after removing the protective film and before ablation.

Ablative Sensitivity:

The ablative sensitivity varies due to the difference laser wavelength and power. There is obvious difference between 1064nm CDI and 830nm CDI. A test is necessity to determine the appropriate ablative sensitivity.

For Esko's CDI, the matching vacuum film is recommended to avoid the mark of air slot imaging in the ablation part of the film. It is also possible but slightly inconvenient to use the matte film (the strip film on the red film of the traditional flexographic plate) instead of vacuum film.

Dimensional Stability:

It refers to the dimensional change of photosensitive material caused by the change of humidity and temperature as well as aging. This film uses polyester film base with thickness of 0.175mm. There will be some changes in the length and width of the film with the changes of environmental temperature and humidity.

Storage:

Store the film in a cool and dry place, temperature less than 20°C and humidity 65% RH. Avoid corrosion of harmful substances such as solvents.
